How do you get to $855, while the parts add up to $772 at the most?!

Do NOT make the mistake to skimp on the PSU. It's probably the most important part. I included a good quality 500W PSU, which is great for your single video card set up, but if you plan to go SLI with the 8800, you'll need to invest more (expect >$100 for the PSU).

you really should get at least a E6300 and DDR2 800 mhz memory

I just don't want to pay so much, if I need more performance, i'll overclock my e4300, and the ddr2 667 is plenty fast enough, especially at 2GB, i'll be able to play all the best games at highest settings with this setup, and the 8800GTS will be especially good for that.

Do yourself a favor... do NOT get the Rosewill PSU. It's just not good enough quality. Yeah, 750W... right... but you can get much better for that price.

How did you get $816 with that set up? I get $958.43 (!) Quite a difference.

these are the parts... correct?
  • Sunbeam Transformer IC-TR-BA Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case $59.99
  • EVGA 122-CK-NF63-TR LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX $159.99
  • Leadtek PX8800 GTS TDH 320MB Extreme GeForce 8800GTS 320MB $284.99
  • Rosewill RX750-S-B 750W SLI Ready,Four +12V Rails Power Supply $144.99
  • Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz LGA 775 $114.50
  • OCZ Value Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ26672048VDC-K $58.99
  • Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 (Perpendicular Recording) ST3250620AS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive $69.99
  • Tuniq Tower 120 P4 & K8 CPU Cooler $64.99

i already have the cpu, so i dont have to buy one, 816 includes shipping for all the other parts, and the 8800gts and rosewill 750w are a combo deal and come out to 400 bucks together
