3 year old gets Wii rage - Page 5

Dude that face just shows you how spoiled the damn kid is.

I'd #@$*% slap him to death for smashing the the plasma TV on purpose.
They don't realize the value of things, but when they do it intentionally there is something wrong.

You made a very valid point, he doesnt know the value of things...and since hes prolly spoiled he doesnt understand that the tv cost around 4 grand. Now Im not saying the kid is right but judging by how spoiled he appears to be and the parents under reaction, which just reinforces the boys sense of value or lack there of...whos really to blame?

Thats my point though, Im sure the boy has done something similar before, prolly not on such a large scale, and walked away relatively unscaved. Which is more thne likly the reason why he assumed it not a big deal to **** that tv up lol...I personally never hold the tv/monitor responsible...break the controller/keyboard.

That is why when people say baby's are innocent. No matter what, they are not. Cause it is their spoiled, tempered rage that shouldn't be there in the first place, as they never learned it, but it is there. Damn kids, I never did like them.

I wonder what will happen when this child begin to interact with other smaller children. The TV is replaceable. Yes there needs to be better parenting. We wish the best for our children but are we helping them by removing the consequences / responsibility for their actions. In time, society will hold them responsible but after damage is done. Better to instruct, reprove and if needed correct, and spare the child from future actions. SPOILED-to be of lesser value.

I was a bad child when I was little, and my parents disciplined me very strictly. Once I got to high school I pretty much kept my self out of trouble and had many more freedoms than my friends cuz my parents knew they could trust me. A little discipline now will go a long way in the future.
