The ctrl+f1 trick doesnt work altho im able to see the temps but not the chipset option in bios.
it does work. you do it at the main bios screen. the screen should flicker once but it will keep the same options.
however in M.I.T you'll see extra options once you enter into that section for controlling voltages and ram timings etc that aren't there by default
i have an S3 and use 400 for the FSB (instead of 266 default)
multiplier is x7
RAM i just kept x2 so that it is 400x2=800
vcore i put to 1.25v instead of default 1.32 or 1.325
turned off the stuff for C1E and EIST (it might be in another menu, cant remember)
left the rest pretty much as it was but you should check it all looks reasonable.
