But nVidia has screwed up since their first release of nForce chipsets for Intel, specially the 590 which it never made it, it was canceled because it was horrible, just like the nForce 4.

It saddens me that people that own amd rigs think nForce is good for Intel but sooner than later they find out the awful truth.
Can you let me know when I'm going to find out this awful truth ? So far the nvidia 680i chipset has been excellent for my intel chip. In fact I've gotten better results overclocking (lets not forget the aforementioned sli support) than I did with the Asus P5B Deluxe and Asus P5W DH Deluxe boards with the same chip (both intel chipsets )

Well Robi, 266x14? I wouldn't call that overclock and no offense but you need to push the FSB so that the chipset can have some stress in it.

Remember, the 680i, is by far the hottest chipset and the one that uses the most power...aside from the 650i and the one that doesn't require "active" cooling, runs cooler and uses less power, the P965.

Do a 400x9 and you'll see. Unless you don't want your 680i to go belly up

At 266? You may not have any issues at all there, it's those that start pushing 300 to 400 that start seeing something.
