I'm just building the Rad-Enclosure with everything in it so the wife will allow me to have it in the open !

Besides that, it'll have plenty of ventilation mesh to allow for fresh air to get in ( I'm setting it directly over the AC vent on the floor ... ) and then it will all be foam-padding-sealed around the fans and the radiator so that all the flow is going across the rad and not short circuiting to somewhere else inside or outside the case.

Short-Circuiting is a phrase we use at work to describe the possible air flow disruption on our furnace when the outlet dampeners ( similar to blinds on a window ) on one draft fan don't close all the way when it's not running ... allowing cold outside air to suck in from it and right back out on the fan next to it ... defeats the purpose of the fans trying to pull the heat from the bottom of the furnace and out the top.

The better the isolation of the fans and air flow, the better the flow characteristics, whether it be for heating ... or in our case, cooling.

I really love the looks of your setup. Do you think the heat expelled out of the top of your case affects the water temp in the rad to any degree?

Thanks
nope i dont think it is at all.I made sure i had a good cross flow of the case from the front to the back.So that no heat goes to the top.
