Hi,Drax take a look in mine too,for compare.They are the same hdd's.I use 128k.

Drax, those speeds are OK for on board 2 disk RAID 0 (average for that seems to be 110 - 120 MB/s).

Make sure nothing's utilizing your hard disk during the bench, or it'll ruin it. You can also play the the stripe sizes if you really want to in order to find the best one.
