Please help me overclock my Athlon 3800+ x2

Hello can anyone help me, I'm new to this, and I'm having trouble overclocking my AMD 3800+ x2 because there is no option in the bios to change multipliers ect.

Im not sure what bios I need and have been searching the net for hours and can't find much info about my motherboard (CLEVO D900K) here is spec list in detail.

The PC health option is not available in my bios, in fact my bios has very limited options, which is why I'm trying to update the bios.

Usually OEM PC's (aka prebuilts) doesn't have any overclocking related options, nor the availability to disable things such as Cool'n'Quiet(AMD) or SpeedStep(Intel)
