VCore on asus A8V-XE

Hey i just got this mobo and i have a sempron 3400+ and i currently have the FSB clocked to 225Mhz. Anything past that and it becomes unstable...i was wondering how do i raise vcore...there is an option for hammer vid but it doesnt go past 1.45V and thats what im at...Sorry bout the rambling but any help is appriciated

Well do you have the HT link adjusted??? You may need to drop it down a bit

im sorry i am kinda new to over clocking and i have the general idea but not the specifics what is the HT link?

Sorry about the delay it is the HT LINK multi set down to like x3 or 600 which ever you have
