Thermaltake T extreme high temps? - Page 2

also i overclocking on windows vista ultimate and as soon as i go past 3.16ghz it becomes unstable in orthos and dies...is it also because of my as5..i have all my voltages on auto settings and the motherboard goes into safe mode wen i try to adjust my own shiz

just reseat it. take it out, clean out the grease with peroxide, wipe dry, put a grain of rice in the middle, and spread it out with a flat surface, then reseat hsf.
