Thermalright Ultra 120 X or TT120?

I'm building a computer specifically meant for reviews. I need to get my chip as fast as it can go.

Which one out of these two HSF's would you get, and why?

Thanks

1-2ºC doesn't justify the $20.00 price difference for me. I would go with the Ultra if a fan came with it.

I'll go with a TT120.
