Norton Goback Problem

Thread Starter
One of my buddies here in Iraq bought an alienware laptop to join in on our small lan parties. While he was in his room he said he was experiencing some issues and decided to use the Norton Goback tool, but when he did it came up with an error screen saying, " Norton Goback is missing some files and the system restore disk needs to be inserted into cd tray, then reboot the pc. " We tried that and it still comes up to the same error screen. It seems no matter how hard I try, I can only get the pc to boot up to that screen. Would really appreciate some suggestions on how to correct this error. Thanks.
