I just created alot of pixel exercising boxes all the way down the screen, now it's all better. Thanks for the input guys!

Try this http://www.jscreenfix.com/basic.php.
It's a JavaScript that basically refreshes your screen with the 3 different colors.
There are instructions on there so your screen won't burn-in.
