adio process recovery

Thread Starter
i was using my old laptop that kept freezing so I blindly shut of some of the most memory intensive processes (yes i know that was a stupid thing to do) one of the processes was the audio one and now i have no sound. i have tried rebooting bu that doesn't work.
the laptop is a HP pavilion ze4600, it is about 3 years old.
thanks for any help

Try reinstalling audio drivers for the motherboard

You could also try checking the sounds properties in control panel for anything "funky"
