s939 mobo with agp? does it exist ( need one) - Page 2

I had a Gigabyte K8NS that was Socket 939 and AGP that I never used.

I just bought it and lost the accessories but had the box.

I sold it though for $45 shipped. >.>

This is the premier S939/AGP OCing board. It's routinely called "bulletproof". If not this... then definitely the Biostar.

ASRock Dual939-SATA2 or Dual939-VSTA. VSTA is just a "vista-certified" Dual9390-sata2 board. Both are great budget boards, and the best thing is that they have both AGP and PCI-E slots. I originally got mine 'cause I had an AGP card and didn't want to upgrade to PCI-E--but since have, and it's a full x16 slot (not that it matters with current games though).

They're both great and very cheap boards.

I have no idea about that board. All I know is that the MSI SLI-Platinum and the Neo4-SLI boards I got were decent OCers but nothing to write home about. Then again, I still have no idea about that board.

Personally, I wouldn't get it if it's a refurbished/repaired board. Might as well just get the ASRock dual939-VSTA new from newegg if you're thinking of getting one of the dual939 boards. Just my 2 cents.
