Can't decide on RAM

Thread Starter
For a future build i want to choose good ram. Ive had my eye on these
http://www.directcanada.com/products...acture=G.SKILL. However they seem to never be in stock, and thats the only place i can find those in Canada. I also hear that g.skill RAM is very overclockable. I also cant believe how much cheaper this RAM is in the US almost $190 less.....

Any other suggestions on RAM if i cant get those?

Keep in mind that DDR3 RAM has launched and will be available on all new Intel platforms (I.E. P35 / X38).

In regards to your memory selection, remember that memory seems to have one of the worst performance boost for the cost. Therefore, I would find a well priced pair of DDR2-800 memory.

If you have any relatives or friends in the United States ask them if they will purchase the memory here in the states (from a website like newegg.com) and then ship it to you. That will make things much cheaper.
