Well I had a little play in the BIOS because it's nearly 2am here
I disabled the CE1 option, and then disabled Speedstep.
Rebooted and saw instant decreaces in tempratures
I'm now idling at 40c 41c and under load 46c 47c That's 8-10c lower than before!!!
Am I almost in theballpark I need to be in or do I still need to reseat the heatsink?

I wanna say thanks to all you guys who have taken the time to reply.
Even if I can't get the hang of it I still managed to lower my temps already, and it feels like I hardly did anything.
I'll reseat the heatsink tomorrow and follow carheadman's explicit instructions, and see what happens.

hey guys he says that hes only getting 55-56c on LOAD with TAT. That is not too high. Its certainly not high enough to hold back your OC.
