Not sure about the error.
But stop testing now... that is too high, you want to stay under 60C.
And all 4 fans are exhaust? Nooooooo
You want the front / bottom of the case to be intake, and the back / top to be exhaust.
Try it with the fans oriented as such, if you still get over 60C, either you set your vcore way to high, or you need to reseat your cooler.

EDIT: Dude 70C is really not good for the processor, you should either
1. Reseat the HS/F and apply AS5
2. Rearrange the fans for the intake/exhaust equality
3. if OCing go back to stock
