A few things -
1) That's probably a suicide run. The lack of a voltage measurement is evidence of this. I've got a link of my CPU-Z at 3.15 Ghz with San Diego in my sig, does that mean I can run it 24/7 stable? Of course not.
2) A Big Typhoon, especially a modded one (lapped/better fan/other mods), is a very different thing than an AC Freezer 64. The Freezer is a fine cooler for its price, but it's not high end, and won't cool as well.
3) Even if you DO hit 3 Ghz (and if you do, more power to you, you've got a hell of a chip), I doubt you'll be able to get it stable without massive voltages.
