Take out the 1GB 533mhz and run it with 2x1GB 667mhz then try again. Never mix memory speeds.. and your chipset is a 945P which DOES NOT support dual channel with different RAM sizes only the I975X (not sure -> 965P and I955X) can.

Take out the 1GB and leave it with 2GB in dual channel and try that. Also manually set the rated timings and volts for your RAM then try the OC again. If you are going over 333FSB adjust RAM volts and timings accordingly. Iam ruling out other components to change settings for since its your RAM thats stopping your OC.

By running 3 sticks of ram you are forcing it to run in single channel. You need to run 2 or 4 sticks for dual.

Yes but first of all see if you can get the OC you want with the 1GB removed. If you can get the OC most likely it will not be possible for the same OC if you add the 1GB back in. Some boards are picky like that.

It means that if you do not not remove 1 or add one you will run at single channel. I do not think being on dual or single channel have to do anything with overclocking but dual channel lets you go further. Are all the rams exactly the same?
