7600's are very nice overclockers, but maybe the 8500's are too. Out of those two cards it would realy depend on what you plan to do with the card. If you plan on some gaming, the 7600GS all the way. In a more multimedia oriented rig I'd grab the 8500, as I'm sure video playback and the such are top notch with the 8500, and I'm not positive but I think the 8500's draw a very small amount of watts from your PSU, making it a good candidate for a "shuttle" pc which generally come with low wattage PSU's (usually 300 or less). As I said though, me, I'd take the 7600GS as I want to try volt modding it...just for kicks...
