If your using high vcore CPU-z won't be able to detect it correctly and it will say your running a really low vcore when your not.

I had the same problem with my E6600. It comes with changing the multiplier. You lowered it to 8, but the program still thinks it is at 9. Reinstalling the programs might help, but the frequency is obviously not correct for the moment.
