who can solve my tech problem..

Thread Starter
why is it that I can run 3DMARK06, 3DMARK01, and Aquamark benchmarks, but when I run 3DMARK03 & 3DMARK05 it restarts my computer in the middle of the test...

I haven't the foggiest idea...

My theory, 06 and 01 are more CPU intensive, 03 and 05 are more GFX intensive.
With that said, is your GFX Oc'd? Your GFX overclock may be too high if it's Oc'd at all.

yes, i got the ones that came out in May.

maybe I should uninstall and do a clean reinstall of drivers. First I loaded it with the ones that came with the CD, then the latest from NVidia, then downgraded to the ones suggested by 3DMARK, then re-updated to most recent..

Make sure to delete the drivers first before installing the new ones.

It may be the other way around
I know 2 of the test will crash for me if I'm Oc'd too high, now I'm not sure which

Is it during the CPU test? I know that can cause problems...esp in 05.

yeah, my computer doesnt blue screen, it simply reboots during the 03 & 05 tests. I'm thinking it must be the graphics card drivers, because orthos can run all night with no problem.
