You seem like a big AMD fan, so I didn't really want to say this but.. If you get a E6600 or something you would be much better off.

Its your choice though

It looks good to me, minus the processor.

Hmm.. Actually I would recommend 64-bit vista. 32-Bit doesn't support 4GB of ram, (It does but only 3.2GB or so will be usable) and in vista, 2GB for gaming is a close call. I noticed a big increase by adding 4GB, so if your thinking about the future I'd recommend 64-bit vista, just so you can upgrade to 4GB of ram later.

i get alot of people telling me to go AMD since im a gamer and then i get a lot of people tellin me to go intel coz it is better quality.

Really a Pro/Con there

i changed to the 64 bit edition but im searching for memory that i can get a 4gb kit or 2 (2x1gb) kits that is still good quality and not overly pricey. I currently have that memory price at 229.00 AUS

Looking at G. Skill DDR2-800 PC6400 2Gb Kit (2x1G) w/ Heat Spreader for $199 a kit, or Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX 4GB (2x XMS2 2GB) for $396. Is that OK?

Intels beat their AMD counterparts when they are overclocked.

If your not overclocking at all, then get the X2 6000+ no doubt.

The Core 2 Duo's are monster overclockers. But if your not going to overclock, the 6000 will yield better performance than the E6600.
