Everyone will probably say under 65 or 60C depending on who you ask, but it's fine IMO. If you're worried about it, reseat your heatsink to make sure, get a SilenX 90CFM fan, and get some better airflow.

Or just downclock.
Lol your like a friend of mine that his pc is the hottest stuff I seen and he has it 4 years and works perfectly. I remember we used ati tool and his GPU temp reached 80+ and his iddle was 70 O_o. Actually I know that a safe temp is 62+ a lil bit more. A D930 on stock cooler would raise up to 63.5 and stay around there.

I do not really care about that long life since sooner or later (in a couple of months maybe) I will replace this PC with a new one. I am hesitating mostly cause the new PCs are power eaters. I can't imagine how much a 1100W PSU user pays at the electricity company >>. Do you think if I would try to clean the heatsink (not just use a blower , rubbing it clean) would help? It will take me some time bit if it helps I could try. Right now my the temps are 49C idle and 65C full load.

It's not completely related, but will definitely help cooling more components.
Sadly my case does not have a found incase cooler. I could always mount 2 90MM fans on the 2 space slots where I have my DVD drives but I am not sure it would help.
