i don't think it's the CPU bottleneck, he've got almost top of the range CPU compare to your and mine.

right thanks. it shouldn't have any problems. think it's the drivers issue. maybe try the beta version IF it's the latest one, http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp.

Well I've also had some issues with my RAM/CPU/Mobo since getting it.

I have some bizarre Vdroop issues on the MSI P6N and I've heard nothing but negative reviews off them.

That being said I also found out the OCZ I ordered is a bastard kind that lists "5-5-5-12 at 2.0v" but if you set it to that the system crashes to hell in a heartbeat.

Also I just have this uncomfortable feeling with my E6400 lol

Dunno whats going on.

have you check the temps for your CPU?

Yeah speedfan reports 24C on both cores and TAT reports in the 40's albeit TAT has been discredited recently.

I have a bigass Zalman CNPS9500 with Artic Silver so I dont think thats an issue. My NB has some MASSIVE overheating issues, I have a new Zalman cooling coming today for it plus some new fan setups.

vDrop is normal for all intel CPUs/mobos, however if your ram doesn't run at the spec listed, RMA it.. First i'd try 1 stick and see if it runs that, if not try the other stick. You might have a bad stick.

If you are having problems, I highly recommend reverting EVERYTHING to stock settings, and running tests, and playing games for a week to make sure everything works on stock.

In wow, I get around 30-60FPS in shat on the rig below, which is much better thens yours (1920x1200 resolution, 4x aa, 16x af, everything maxed). Wow has very bad coding. So I think your wow frames are fine, its just the game.
