gigabyte ga-s3 help

hey guys im having trouble figuring out where these plug into the mother board
+P led, -P led, HDD led, RESET SW,POWER SW,
i found a manual for the motherboard but its isnt very clear

It's usually in the bottom right hand corner mate.
There'll be a set of pins with 6 or 8 columns, two rows, usually.

it says clearly on the mobo what pins do what. the hdd led the power etc plus the plugs themselves also should say on them. so match them up and plug them in. i used to have the same mobo. and the plugs are in the bottom right hand corner

hey guys i kinda fingured it out but theres a big problem, whenever i power on the pc the hdd starts and leds come on but the fans are either not moving or as in cpu fan's case kicks but doesnt spin. whats the problem?
