Might as well get the 226bw for that price of the 206bw

It does have a higher contrast ratio than each of the previously listed. 800:1 static and 3000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. Dynamic contrast ratio is the ratio of the luminosity lightest and darkest colors the display can produce over time and the static contrast ratio is the ratio of the luminosity of the lightest and darkest colors the monitor can display at the same time. If the choice were mine I think I would still go for the 22" Acer since its contrast ratio is 700:1 compared to 800:1(which is a fairly small difference) and is 2 inches larger. Both are nice monitors which you will more than likely be happy with. I just saw that you don't want anything larger than 20" and if that is the case then definitely get the monitor you linked if you can swing it.

I compared it directly to the samsung, and even though the response time is crazy fast, I was much more impressed with the quality of the hp color and sharpness. Plus it's glossy screen... I don't know if you're into that or not. (Some weird people prefer the matte)
