Voltage on corsair ddr2 dominator

i have these modules oced to 1000mhz, but not stably they are dominator 6400c4d modules the running specs are 800mhz @2.1v 4-4-4-12 standard
If i can i want to keep the timings the same but run them at 1000mhz.What is the safe max voltage i can apply without frying the modules.thanks

I wouldn't go over 2.3.

yeah, anything above their is suicide unless you have really good cooling for em.

well for the more extreme dominators it has the stock listed at 2.4 so i would say that is your max

Well are yours the extreme or just regular? I checked on Newegg with what you gave us(dominator 6400c4d) and the stock voltage is 2.1v.

yeah i read on the corsair pdf file about them, and what i found was at standard ddr2 voltage(1.8v) the modules were capable of 5-5-5-18@800mhz but with their recommended voltage of 2.1v they would be stable with 4-4-4-12 timings

Then yes, don't go over 2.3-2.4 volts.
