Problem with burning AVI files

Thread Starter
is it me or is this a common problem where the audio and video playback are off?

for example, the scene is playing and the audio that is supposed to be playing at that scene is behind.

what does this mean and how do i fix this?? thank you

What program are you using to burn AVI files? And where are you playing them back?

Try it and see if it skips. If your laptop sucks like mines, it won't play a DVD back the proper way. LoL.

If not, then you might need to dig up some tutorials on encoding to DVD properly. Honestly, I used to know? But DVD Studio Pro has spoiled me to death and much like the days when Dreamweaver was released and I found myself forgetting HTML, well... you get where I'm going.
