BF2 Port Forwarding woes...

Since i installed this game earlier, ive had lots of problems just trying to stay connected to a server. So im thinking i need to forward the ports listed in the manual.

i go to the port forwarding site to learn how to and i select my router model and i get this page
Quote:
The NR041 will not allow you to forward enough ports, to run Battlefield 2. You should try using the DMZ portion of this router if it is available. Alternatively you can try switching the router to bridged mode. You will need to contact your ISP to switch to bridged mode, so they can make the required changed on their end.

what should i do lol?

You sound like you have my problem. Since you have a dual core, BF2 seems to really hate you and disconnect a lot. When you start up the game, alt-tab out and open up your task manager. Find ~e005.exe and BF2.exe, right click, and press Set Affinity. Change them both to either core 1 or core 2.
