Have you scanned for virus and malware? Usually a runtime error such as `cannot write to memory` with a hex address such as 0x000000 could be an infection of some sorts or possible driver corruption. Just because it states it can't read from memory doesn't mean the physical RAM is bad, just the pool that Windows is working from/in could be bad (ie: malware/virus)

Check your pagefile as well and re-create it. Sometimes after extended use a Windows pagefile becomes fragmented and corrupt much like HDD and they need to be re-created. I can talk you through how if you need it.

I dont know.. Maybe, because I only assemble the parts of this PC. The wirings, setup of BIOS, driver installation and the rest is done by someone which I payed. Maybe he installed a corrupt copy of windows. Im only running a pirated copy of windows xp..

Don't talk about pirated software on this forum. Go buy windows XP and then come back for help. Thanks.

And depending on how new the ram is, it could just of been faulty from factory run memtest or windows memory tester and see if in errors come back. That's how I ruled out RAM when I was have CRC errors.

I posted an old thread which I complain that I get a memory error like 0x000000 referenced memory with a code in it and memory cant be written.. I asked them what cause this error, some sez my memory is too low and others said corrupt memory. How come corrupt I just bought this 2 weeks ago?

Its too expensive to buy a geniune copy of windows.. Here in philippines it cost 8k to 10,000 pesos (1 US $ = 46 Pesos).. And in my other PC's I run pirated copy eversince wayback 2004 and I havent had problems anything like this before..
