First OC, Did I do everything correctly?

Thread Starter
OK so it's been a long bumpy road getting my rig to work, many parts have been RMA'd and now I am up an running. I did my first OC EVER (because I am a newb) and I took a screenshot of cpuz and my nvidia monitor and I just wanted to check with you experts to see if I did everything correctly, any tips or words of wisdom are welcome.

Looks good, those HZs can't run at 4-4-4-12 that high? Just wondering, never got to play with HZs

And does nvidia monitor report the core temps of the CPU?
If not try TAT or Coretemp or speedfan

Otherwise looks good

I put them at those timings because another member "AUDI" was using those and said they worked nicely, I can change em back. I am running CoreTemp in the bottom right corner, 35c idle and its very hot in my room, I am going to go 3.4 later maybe.

Only thing I would change is just to link and sync them for now and run the lower timings if you can't hit 4-4-4-X at 1000MHz. You should easily be able to max that 6600 with 4-4-4-12 timings linked and synced.

When I try to link and sync it, it wont post. I keep getting the warning system in safe mode in the bios start up and every time I restart the computer I get a long beep then a short beep when the bios comes up. What should my CPU FSB volts be? Any suggestions on things to try to get it to work link and sync 1:1? When I select 1:1, in the cpuz it says 2:3 and never has said 1:1...
