G.Skill HZ's. They do indeed use Micron D9's, which will come in handy only if you plan on pushing your memory past DDR2-800 speeds.

GeIL Ultra PC2-6400's initially shipped with Micron D9's but they shifted over to Specktec and Elpida chips (spelling?). They do as mentioned on the tin but people using Asus Boards particularly the P5B's, P5W's and P5N-E's have had issues running at rated memspeeds and timings.

All in all, go G.Skill. I have GeIL Ultra in my system and don't regret not going G.Skill considering how much the GeIL costed me.

My personal preference is Crucial and Rhino. I will not use any other manufacturers memory...
