I think you mean find the lowest stable Overclock, correct? And yes, the Stock Vcore is different for every board, though it should be easily adjustable. Just try what Malibu said, set your Vcore to about 1.3 and see what your temps are at your highest stable OC. if they are not well below 60C its time to reseat.

Probably. On my P5B Dlx, the "stock" setting was around 1.4v. I know these chips typically don't need that kind of voltage, so I knocked it down a step at a time until I found the lowest stable setting to help control temps. My load is ~55C @3.2Ghz.
