gigabyte p35-ds3r -vs- asus p5k deluxe

Thread Starter
I am making this thread to gather peoples opinions on the best of these two p35 chipset mobo's which I am considering buying. Which is the better overclocker? Which has better features? etc. Review and/or articles to support your opinions would be appreciated.

To start things off I am presently leaning towards that asus board as it is a more highend board for the chipset. However its overclockability leaves me uncertain as vr-zone's review of the ds3r sugggests it has better overclockability on the fsb.

As apposed to a review I read for the p5k deluxe

Overclockabiity on the fsb is very important to me as I have a low multi proc.
