#1- Are you positively sure that you'd be able to buy a "future" AMD CPU for dirt cheap? Can you guarantee that to everyone? Can you? Would you be able to buy an amd Quad-Core for $266 in late July? will you?

, the IB9 looked promising but there's just too many issues with ABIT boards lately, for Intel, you'd definitely want to get an ASUS board, preferably one like the P5B-Plus (review here
). Other than that? There's a couple more but ASUS is better.
