I'd get 1/2" fittings for it all..If you use 2 fans have them pulling through the rad ....Thats good tubing...You need at least 8 of the clamps I would get a few extra you can always use them..The Hydrex is up to you its not a bad additive at all and I like using an additive...

Really? Should I have my 2 fans on my 240mm rad pulling, and not pushing?

Yeah I always do.It should be good for a C or two a shroud will help a C or two also...On really thin rads like a BIP it probably wouldn't matter much..

Check this little test Transonic did...

Yeah a 360 rad will give you a little better temp plus you might want to add a GPU to it later on and a 360 would be plenty for it...

I like those Panaflo fans they are really good fans..I'd have the fans pulling through your rad and you might want to add a shroud to it to that will be good for another C or two..

Can you get the Black-Ice GTS rad there? If you can you might want it instead of the Swifty rad I think its a little better..But if you cant the Swifty will be fine anyway...

It looks good...How are you going to mount your rad? You might want to get a rad-box or make one and hang it on the back of your case..

Thats really hard to guess there are so many variables but you should drop 15-20C at load or more...
