quick Parition magic help

i think partition magic just ate my important data partition , i have 2 ide drives one 80 gb and 250 gb. on the 250 gb i have 1 partition with all my important data, to open up space for vista i went and resized it and moved it to the front with partition magic. well while doing the resizing partition magic stopped responding ,and when i go to my computer i dont see the drives, what can i do ?

open up partitionmagic again and it should show the partitions as either corrupt, which you dont want, or something else and you might be able to recover them.

I would be careful if I was doing stuff like that with important data.

Always back up your stuff if you can't get it back from somewhere else if you lose it...
