3600+ vs 4000+

Thread Starter
Hi guys,

Could any1 tell me what exactly is the difference between the AMD X2 3600 and X2 4000+. I know the X2 3600 is 65W and 65nm, but the X2 4000 is only 20 euro's more expensive but 700Mhz faster? Do the X2 4000 overclock at all?

EDIT: uhm, i think there is something terribly wrong with the website from my pc shop, it seems the X2 4000 is only 2.0Ghz? :S

You can overclock the 3600+ really well, so I would recommend that to save money. I love mine, and I don't think you'd be disappointed in the least.

I thought it was a X2 4000+, but its a single core 4000+, and that one is 2.6Ghz. Sorry for the confusion
