Reinstall the drivers for the motherboards wifi, if that doesnt help, google a search for the programs that are causing the problem to see if anyone else is having the same issue and possibly has a solution for it, thats about all i can suggest, sry if i wasnt much help, and good luck

Does CNC3 work through the router from other machines?

Can you move your laptop temporarily and hardwire it to the router and see if that works?

If it doesn't work in either of the above scenarios, is the external internet IP assigned to the router 192.168.x.x?
