my 8500gt. it didn't last very long. it was passive cooled, and i put it in a oven style case. it turned out the thermal trigger was broken and it literally melted all over my motherboard. This was a silent build for a HTPC a while back. opened it up and it was all smelly and stuff and the left half of the GPU was like warped

i would say Geforce 5200, but it outlasted my integrated chipset on a old 1999 computer

Don't recall having any completely horrendous ones.

The ATI Rage Pro in my P2 300 Mhz probably pissed me off the most, but that's when I was trying to play Counter-Strike with only 64 MB of RAM.

Besides onboard off of a Dimension e521?

Nvidia 7200 GS. I don't hate it, either. It gave me 5 more FPS in WoW @ 1680x1050.

6150LE. painful to play bioshock even at lowest settings and fsx was a failfest. bilinear filtering was the best it could do.

Definitely my 8600m GT, it has been known to randomly spike to 156'c and kill the motherboard, CPU and itself (all attached on the same 2 heat pipes) and this has happened 5-6 times now, if it wasn't for the warranty I'd be out $12000 on replacing my entire laptop each time xD
