For me it was a Visiontek X1300 XGE (Xtreme Gamers Edition), what a load of crap haha. The card was able to play the games at that time, however it did so with a very noisy fan, whose bearings started making noise within a few months. I had no idea what I was buying when I bought it, as I was a newb at the time, I had actually tried to buy a used X1600 XT, but it didnt run in my system. At any rate, it was a huge bottleneck and was upgraded to a much more powerful at the time 8800GT.
Needless to say, through my experiences, and those of my close friends, I will never buy a Visiontek product again. Visiontek's designs are cheap, and lackluster IMO, had I known that I was buying an inferior product when I purchased it, I could have saved myself the money.
Granted, the performance of the X1300 GPU has nothing to do with Visiontek, however, their PCB and cooler does, which were the main gripes for me.
