Tell me What you Think, DS 3 NB HS Mod

Thread Starter
hey guys
I'm total noob to ocing here.
In fact I havent even finished running prime 95 ( pre OC )yet.
just learned my NB is too d#&n HOT !! and I'm too lazy to pull the board back out.

I am thinking of putting some small copper blocks and using JB weld to glue onto Gigabyte NB HS.

Question - Have you done it or heard of it before ?

Do you think JB weld will transfer heat ok ?

You want to weld another heatsink onto your current heatsink?

Not sure how well a weld would transfer heat...

Seems to me you should stick a tiny fan on it, like i did. Really cheap mod right there, pick up a small fan and hot glue it on the heatsink

There really won't be much benefit in adding more heatsinks onto an existing heatsink.

Either you replace it or add a fan for best performance.
