yeah, room temp is a bit*h and will do some hot things to your load temps.

Another thing you can do, along the same lines as ducting your AC ... and a bit less extreme of a commitment, is simply to make sure that the interior of your case is generally the same temp as ambient room temp.

I had to get creative (and break many supposed air cooling rules) to address my very own and similar summer time shift.

In winter, I too was hitting about 33 at idle (19c room ambient) but as soon as my room gets around 24C or 25C ... my CPU idle was jumping to 43 and 44.

So I totally reworked my fans, both on the CPU and the case, and the below config, which really just puts fresh air into my CPU fans, dropped my back down into the 30's; now, with a 24C room, I'm at 38C idle.

...

...

I wouldn't recommend that setup for somebody with a regular case ... but since the Armor is literally perforated on all sides ... mesh and holes everywhere (even the bottom) ... it's almost impossible to create pressure problems ....

Like this, and having measured the internal case temps with a wired thermometer, the inside of the case is exactly the same temp (middle of case) as my room ambient.

Just a thought ...
