Any CPU stress test has to make the CPU do some type of calculations or work. GROMACS is molecule simulator which stresses the CPU with modeling thousands to millions of objects at once.
Once again...

So would that be a harder load for a cpu to handle or something? So it would be better? Would i get a result faster? I don't exactly understand what i means can somebody explain?

In my experience and knowledge, GROMACS is less stressful, which means less heat production, which means not as good for determining load temps.

I totally disagree because my laptop's Intel Pentium M the normal test brings about 12% CPU load when gromacs test makes it 100%...
