These chips are known to hit 3.0GHz on 1.4vcore (1.35 stock). It will definitely hold it's own against an E4300. When it comes right down to it, the E4300 WILL be faster OCed, but you're probably spending DOUBLE this to get it. Screw that noise if you just want something that goes well and not bleeding edge. There will likely be a NO FPS gap as LCD monitors more or less only output 60FPS no matter what the other hardware generates. This is moreso the higher resolution you go and it's totally GPU dependent. Just be sure to note that THIS MOBO REQUIRES A BIOS UPDATE BEFORE YOU CAN BOOT WITH THE BRISBANE. Contact DFI and I've seen on more than one occasion they'll ship you a replacement BIOS chip for free with the brisbane BIOS update in it.

Calm down buddy the post obviously wasn't geared towards you. Eesh, by your logic no one can ever make posts geared at n00bs because not EVERYONE is a n00b and might get personally insulted because a post not aimed at them made them sad.
