I think you will get about 5-8 above ambiant Idle
and about 13-16 above ambiant full load.

I was thinking of doing that same setup, but with a BlackIce GTX240. With (4) 78cfm fans on a push/pull. Would that make any improvement Ira-k with GTX240 + 2 xtra fans?

Not Ira ,
but yes it would, fans on either side have shown to give better temps.
4 78CMF fans will take that rad to its maximum cooling potential, or close.

No matter what, a fan on both sides of the rad will be better, the air flows faster through the fins disapating more heat quicker as cooler air comes in through it.
The GTS is 29.60mm in thickness while the GTX is 54mm thick.
So the GTS will need less CMF fans to cool, but wont perform as well as the GTX. Hence the name "stealth"
The GTX is thicker and needs more airflow to go through those fins. The GTS is more for the silent people who want less noice ehile the GTX is for the people who want performance over everyting else.
The GTX is excellent with 90CMF fans and above.

That clear things up?
