What is the best method to dual boot vista and XP?

Thread Starter
So company of heroes is going dx10 today so I want to get vista and use my 8800gtx but I do not want to play some of my other games on vista. What is the best method to dual boot vista and xp. My only hard drive right now is a 150mb 10krpm raptor, and I also have an external 320gb hd.

Install XP first.

Make the partition however big you want for your XP stuff in the XP installer (ie: other partition will be for Vista; I'd recommend putting a little more space on the Vista drive). Then, just install Vista in the other partition. From there on, you'll get a boot menu when you start up with the default setting to boot Vista and the secondary setting to boot an "Earlier version of Windows."

I don't know if it works the other way around (ie: Vista first, then XP) since I've never done it.
