After every reformat or clean install of Windows, I ALWAYS install "Startup Monitor" right away, this way you can allow something to write to registry and start on bootup or not!!!

Here's The Link

Hello Endow.

I MUST RECCOMEND this program.

Raxco Perfect Disk.
Anyway you can get your hands on it, DO IT, I promise you wont regret.

Perfect disk is a disk defragmenter that is unique in many ways.

Namely, that it not only defragments your files (can be specific!) or Drive, but it places the defragmented files IN A SPECIAL ORDER.
For example, it places the files that are used for bootup towards the front of the disk platter SO!! the head accesses it faster.

ALSO, it defragments a file that is extremely crutial to the bootup, and general speed of your PC, but a file that the ordinary windows defragmenter (which you should use tonight before you sleep btw ) CANT defrag.
Your Pagefile (pagefile.sys) file - which acts as VIRTUAL memory.

You do a smart replacement defrag, an offline degragmentation (of all the system files) and then another smart replacement defrag, and i PROMISE you - you're PC will move faster
