New to LiteStep

Hey, as the thread title says, I am new to LiteStep. I really love the integration of Winamp into many of the skins and some of the themes are simply beautiful ;D. Ironically, I am a fan of minimalism when it comes to computer aesthetics, but almost all of the skins are too minimalistic! By that, I mean there aren't any desktop icons. You have to right click and go through a menu most of the time. Basically, I'm wondering if there is a quick fix for icons to show up (editing skins) or perhaps some of you can lead me in the right direction to find skins that have icons but are also minimalistic? Or perhaps I shouldn't be using LiteStep and should try a different shell for Windows. You tell me

Thanks in advance

P.S. I really only like the translucent silver/white themes.
